Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology foresight strategy using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for quantum-AI convergence
- Produce annual Future State Reports with data-driven scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary FutureCast methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning with proven impact on tech roadmaps
- Published research on AI ethics or quantum computing applications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 technology-to-market transformations
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
