- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership pieces published in industry journals and whitepapers
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions for emerging markets
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy implementations
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies including Delphi, STEEP, and backcasting
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or speaking engagements at global futurism conferences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from a recognized institution preferred
