Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, social patterns, and economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for high-impact industries including AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Produce executive briefings and trend reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to validate future-focused innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience working with AI/ML systems for predictive analytics
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives
