Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic, and environmental trends to identify opportunities and threats for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and priorities
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through internal foresight programs and employee engagement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic foresight projects
