Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients integrating quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 executives on future-of-work transformations
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on emerging technology ethics and governance
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof business models
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams on anticipatory intelligence methods
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years applying strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategy publications
