Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks that integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Produce forward-looking reports and white papers for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across 15+ industry verticals
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and business models
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Portfolio published trend analyses or strategic frameworks required
