Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies impacting 2026+ markets
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops to build consensus on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Develop quantitative models to assess market readiness and adoption trajectories for emerging technologies
- Champion a culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and innovation sprints
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling ability
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, keynotes)
