- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and disruption forecasting
- Manage portfolio of moonshot projects with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers and industry keynotes
- Mentor innovation teams on futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of launching game-changing products or services
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or Engineering preferred
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and geopolitical shifts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTR, CET) a plus
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
