Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework mapping 2026+ innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce annual Future State reports with scenario-based strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future-vision narratives to investors and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience leading innovation in Fortune 500 environments
