- Design and implement scenario planning frameworks for disruptive technologies and market disruptions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Champion innovation culture through mentorship and strategic talent development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario modeling tools
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation methodologies
