Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi studies)
- Strong proficiency in AI trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CFIP)
