Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' technology foresight reports
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and execute prototyping initiatives for breakthrough concepts
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and executive boards
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Published research on emerging tech adoption patterns (2020-2025)
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodology
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant innovation frameworks
