Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions on emerging tech
- Translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech
- Author thought leadership reports cited by Fortune 500 executives
- Build and mentor a high-impact innovation incubation team
- Represent Horizon at Davos, TED, and premier future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of disrupting markets through future-tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published author or keynote speaker on transformational change
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to billion-dollar impact
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-defining foresight projects
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
