Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning

- Design predictive models for market shifts and technological disruptions
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-focused product development
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
