- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Build and manage an ecosystem of external innovation partners, startups, and research institutions
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategy publications
- Experience building and managing innovation pipelines from ideation to launch
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
