Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable milestones
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks in emerging tech domains
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmapping
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, spatial computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data from diverse sources
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
