Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning for 2026+ business environments
- Drive cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product, and market strategy teams
- Present future outlook insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-generation research
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) and market disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
- Deep understanding of global socioeconomic trends and their business implications
