- Design and prototype next-generation solutions in our innovation lab
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future forecasts to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Certification in Futures Studies or Design Thinking preferred
