- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author whitepapers on 2026 industry disruption for stakeholder engagement
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering/product teams
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on 2025+ technological convergence or societal megatrends
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in AI trend forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Global network with futurist/academic/VC communities
