You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation initiatives while fostering a culture of forward-thinking across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop future scenario models and roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with long-term market shifts
- Present executive briefings on future disruption risks and opportunities across industries
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 capability development
- Curate external partnerships with academic institutions and venture labs
- Design and implement organizational foresight training programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing future-oriented business strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, sustainable tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech-driven environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
