Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making and long-term planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models and solutions
- Author high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations translating complex data into actionable strategy
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and technology pioneers to expand our foresight ecosystem
- Mentor junior strategists while cultivating an organization-wide culture of future-conscious innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation leadership, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience to Fortune 500 leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
