Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Build stakeholder relationships with industry leaders, academia, and government bodies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business strategy
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, reports)
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
