Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight roadmaps identifying disruptive technologies and market paradigms
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on post-2026 industry transformations
- Analyze convergence points between AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate technologies
- Design strategic innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2030 readiness
- Produce trend reports with 85%+ accuracy rates for emerging consumer behaviors and regulatory shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into product development roadmaps and investment theses
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with demonstrable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with documented case studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
