Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market positioning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Author white papers on future-of-work paradigms and their economic implications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated societal shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in corporate strategy consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex scenarios to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive consensus around uncertain futures
