Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product/service opportunities
- Produce strategic briefings for executive decision-making on emerging risks/rewards
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation pipeline maturity
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technology ecosystems and exponential trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping
