Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence) and translate insights into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Design next-generation innovation methodologies incorporating neurodiversity and ethical AI principles
- Develop proprietary trend-forecasting models using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Champion human-centric design in disruptive tech deployments (metaverse, neural interfaces)
- Mentor a diverse team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Present strategic vision at global forums like Davos and SXSW
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or MFMP)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting accuracy for 2020-2025
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with neurodiversity-inclusive innovation frameworks
