Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic frameworks translating foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify emerging market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario analysis
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., AC/SCF preferred)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
