Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-thinking across the organization
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategy forums
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
