Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development cycles
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships and investment opportunities
- Champion human-centered design principles in all future-state planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or immersive realities
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong background in product development lifecycle management
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
