- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for systemic disruptions
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of future-ready business models
- Pioneer ethical AI governance frameworks for next-generation human-machine collaboration
- Author thought leadership reports on future of work and digital sovereignty trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curve analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience leading cross-organizational transformation initiatives
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CSFS preferred)
