Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, social, and economic megatrends to forecast industry evolution through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and competitive intelligence for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and partnership opportunities
- Design innovation frameworks to accelerate organizational adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in technology trend analysis (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
