Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and sociocultural shifts to forecast industry disruption through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients adopting 2026-era innovations (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, AI ethics frameworks)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to stress-test future business models
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier business journals
- Manage a global network of futurists and domain experts for trend validation
- Design and implement innovation audit frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investment committees
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on technological singularity or ethical AI governance
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell's Two Uncertainties)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on client innovation strategies
