Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to map 5-10 year industry trajectories
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making and long-term corporate planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 market entry
- Author thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at global technology summits
- Build and maintain a global network of academic, startup, and industry innovation partners
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of successful 2020+ trend predictions with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author or frequent speaker at TED, Davos, or equivalent forums
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major innovation initiatives launched from foresight work
