Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socioeconomic shifts to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026+
- Develop and communicate strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-ready solutions and business models
- Establish foresight frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies for the organization
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and cultivate a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across all business units
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Experience developing and implementing strategic foresight methodologies
