Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market evolution
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering and design teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and data storytelling
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging technologies and paradigm shifts
- Drive organizational adoption of foresight methodologies across 15+ business units
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and industry transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy or trend forecasting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic initiatives launched based on future insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
