- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future insights
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation incubation projects from ideation to prototype
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services

- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
