Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-oriented thinking across engineering, design, and product teams
- Produce scenario-planning reports and competitive foresight briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate breakthrough startups and technologies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched within the past 3 years
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
