Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and implement comprehensive innovation frameworks aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future scenarios and co-create strategic solutions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic briefings for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) across business units
- Mentor talent in strategic foresight methodologies and innovation practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-suite insights
- Strong track record of translating foresight into tangible business outcomes
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC, CPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
