Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation strategy incorporating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AGI, climate engineering, spatial computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present future-vision briefings to investors, board members, and R&D teams
- Partner with product teams to commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work implications and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate futurism
- Published research on at least 3 emerging technologies with real-world impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Experience with foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex future concepts to diverse audiences
