- Lead horizon scanning initiatives using proprietary AI-powered trend analysis platforms
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario planning sessions with C-suite leadership
- Author forward-thinking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio and guide prototype development from concept to commercialization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services (3+ case studies required)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
