Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in AI ethics and biotech
- Author quarterly trend reports and publish white papers in industry journals
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight findings into 5-year R&D roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and tech summits
- Mentor junior strategists and build an internal foresight knowledge base
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 firms
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
