Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, demographic shifts, and sustainability metrics to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI ethics)
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain an external futurist network including academic institutions, policy think tanks, and tech pioneers
- Drive organizational culture shifts through future literacy workshops and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products or policy frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
