Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and long-term growth objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks to capture emerging insights
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to embed foresight methodologies across organizational processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, advanced robotics)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities to communicate future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and other foresight frameworks
