- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Drive implementation of pilot programs for futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published research or thought leadership in innovation/futures
