Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight framework through continuous research and horizon scanning
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive market shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-vision into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify emerging market opportunities through predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Design innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum AI, neurotech, climate engineering
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with Delphi methods, trend analysis, and scenario development tools
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work or implemented strategic foresight projects
