- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future outlooks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a trend intelligence database using AI-powered analytics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Published thought leadership on future trends preferred
