Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Design and facilitate future-back scenario planning workshops with global stakeholders
- Translate foresight analysis into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and future-readiness
- Present trend forecasts to executive leadership and board committees
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation incubator
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts and implemented innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
