- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Produce scenario analysis reports on societal and technological disruption vectors
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions using agile methodologies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and ROI
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record translating complex tech trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi method)
