Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026+ horizon) and assess market readiness for adoption
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-oriented thinking across departments
- Identify and evaluate high-impact startup partnerships and acquisition targets
- Present visionary briefings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build frameworks for scenario planning and risk mitigation in volatile markets
- Author thought leadership publications on technological transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech verticals
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Foresight, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
