Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future scenarios into product development pipelines
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to align on innovation priorities and risk mitigation
- Author foresight reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Manage a portfolio of experimental ventures with $5M+ annual budget allocation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using agile methodologies
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across tech, design, and business domains
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
